## What this includes

- A practical security checkup of the accounts and devices you actually use
- Multi-factor sign-in rolled out so people will really use it
- Device protection for the laptops and phones that hold the business
- A recovery plan for the day something breaks or gets locked
- A quote before the work starts

This is a checkup, a rollout, and a recovery plan. It is not a round-the-clock security operations center, and we will not describe it as one. If you need a full-time security staff, we will say so.

The same work applies whether the laptops are in a Tampa office, spread across Florida, or carried by a remote U.S. team. We need access and a person who can approve changes. We do not need everyone in one room.

## Questions

### Will you hack our network to test it?

No. The service on this page is defensive: checkups, multi-factor sign-in, device protection, and backups. We do not sell break-in testing.

### Can you turn on multi-factor for Microsoft 365 or Google?

Yes. That rollout often sits next to our email and workspace work, because the accounts live there.

### What does a recovery plan mean?

Where the backups are, who can restore them, and a restore we have actually tried. A plan that has never been tested is a document, not a plan.
