IT support
Remote IT support when something will not cooperate.
Suncoast Servers is a remote help desk for businesses in Tampa Bay, across Florida, and throughout the United States. Slow laptops, flaky Wi-Fi, printers with opinions, and the error nobody can explain are the job.
What this includes
- Remote help for computers, Wi-Fi, printers, and everyday software
- Support for a team of one or a team of one hundred
- Plain-English answers from the people doing the work
- A quote before paid project work starts
- AI used to sift logs and research, with a person checking the result
- An honest no, plus a referral, when a job is outside what we do
This is remote support. We connect to the machine, the account, or the person sitting in front of the problem. Shop owners, offices, nonprofits, and remote teams use it when they are tired of a ticket queue that never quite answers the question.
If a problem can only be fixed by someone standing in the room, we say so before anyone is billed. Tampa Bay clients and clients in other states get that same answer.

Questions
Do I have to be in Tampa?
No. Tampa Bay is home base, and the same help desk covers the rest of Florida and the United States.
How do you charge for IT support?
Troubleshooting and project work are quoted up front. The $5 an hour rate is for community and customer-support coverage, not for technical IT projects.
Will you use AI on my ticket?
Often, for sorting and research. A person still decides what to do. You can tell us to leave AI out, and we will.
